Meet Your Trainers

Hi there!
We’re so glad you’re here. As two people who care deeply about the next generation, we know firsthand how important it is for caring adults to be equipped with the tools and confidence to step in when a young person is struggling.
Youth Mental Health First Aid has been one of the most impactful programs we’ve ever been part of. It opens our eyes, softens our hearts, and gives us practical ways to listen, support, and guide youth toward hope and help.
We would be honored to spend the day with you in this training. Together, we can make sure the young people in our schools, churches, neighborhoods, and homes know that they are seen, heard, and never alone.
With gratitude,
Jen & Monique
