Healed
Week 4: Healing is Quiet

What if you’re more healed than you think?

Sometimes we’re waiting for one big breakthrough while missing all the small evidence that God is already at work. The conversation that doesn’t send you spiraling. The boundary you finally set. The moment you realize something simply doesn’t have the power over you that it once did.

In Week 4 of HEALED, we’re learning to recognize that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be real, using four simple reminders to help us HEAL:

H — Honor the small changes.
E — Expect hard days.
A — Acknowledge the evidence.
L — Let God keep working.

Because sometimes healing happens quietly, beneath the surface, long before we can see it.

Hidden does not mean inactive. God is still working.

Week 3: Remembering Without Reliving

There’s a difference between remembering what happened and continuing to live inside it.

Sometimes a present-day conversation, disappointment, or rejection touches an old wound; and suddenly yesterday has joined today’s story. The feelings are real, but not everything we’re feeling necessarily belongs to this moment.

In Week 3 of HEALED, I’m joined by my Aunt Robin as we talk about honoring what happened without allowing the past to keep leading us. Together, we explore what it looks like to recognize when we’re reliving instead of remembering—and to open our eyes to the new thing God may already be doing.

Your past can teach you without continuing to lead you.

You’re not on that old page anymore. God is still writing.

Week 2: You Are Safe Here

Have you ever had a reaction that felt much bigger than the moment you were actually in?

A change in someone’s tone. An unanswered text. An uncertain conversation. Suddenly, you’re overthinking, explaining, fixing, or preparing for something that hasn’t even happened.

In Week 2 of HEALED, we talk about what happens when old alarms meet present-day moments; and how faith can help us pause long enough to ask:

“Is there actually a problem right now…or am I trying to protect myself from the possibility of one?”

Healing doesn’t mean we’ll never walk through another valley. It means learning that we don’t have to live constantly preparing for one.

Just because something feels familiar doesn’t mean it’s happening again. The Shepherd is here, and you don’t walk alone.

Week 1: Would Have a Voice

Sometimes what happened is over, but the wound still has something to say.

Don’t trust. Stay in control. Keep everyone happy. Don’t let them see you struggle.

Over time, those protective voices can become so familiar that we mistake them for who we are. But what helped us survive one season may keep us from fully living in the next.

In Week 1 of HEALED, we explore how our wounds can shape the way we respond today; and how to begin recognizing the difference between the voice of the wound and the voice of God.

The wound may explain the voice, but it doesn’t get to become the truth.

Built to Be Brave
Week 6: Look What God Has Built

In the final conversation of the Built to Be Brave series, we pause long enough to look back and recognize the evidence of God’s faithfulness in our lives.

Through Philippians 1:6 and a beautiful birthday reminder found in a lighthouse, a sunset, and one little boat on the water, we discover that bravery isn’t something we have to manufacture. It’s something God has been developing within us all along.

The same God who has been faithful behind us will be faithful ahead of us.

We’re not finished. God isn’t finished. Let’s keep going.

Built to Be Brave
Week 4: The Courage to Say Yes

How much of life have we spent waiting until we feel ready?
Ready to forgive.
Ready to serve.
Ready to step into something new.
Ready to trust God with what's next.
But what if we've misunderstood what it means to be ready?
This week, we're looking at Mary's incredible "yes" in Luke 1:38 and discovering that courage isn't about having all the answers.
Courage is trusting God with the next step.
Together, we'll walk through a simple word that has completely changed the way I think about obedience:
READY
✨ R – Receive God's invitation
✨ E – Exchange certainty for trust
✨ A – Answer with your yes
✨ D – Do the next thing
✨ Y – Yield the results to God
Because here's the truth I'm learning in my own life,
I don't have to feel ready to be obedient.

Built to Be Brave
Week 3: Already Within You

How many times have we prayed these prayers?
"God, if I just had a little more confidence..."
"If I were more like her..."
But what if God isn't waiting to give you something new?
What if He's inviting you to recognize what He's already placed within you?
This week, we're looking at Paul's encouragement to Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:6-7, and I believe it's a message every woman needs to hear.
God often calls out what He has already placed within us.
Together we'll discover how to:
✨ Recognize what God has already entrusted to you.
✨ Reject the voice of fear.
✨ Respond by taking one faithful step.
Bravery isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming the woman God has been forming all along.
Fan into flame what God has already placed within you.

Week 2: Nothing is Wasted

If you could erase one chapter of your life, would you?
It's a difficult question. And if you're anything like me, the answer probably comes pretty quickly.
But what if the very chapter you wish had never happened became one of the strongest foundations God used to shape your life?
This week we're diving into Romans 8:28; not as a verse on a coffee mug, but in the context Paul originally wrote it.
Together, we'll discover a beautiful truth:
God builds with the stones I would have thrown away.
I pray this conversation helps you see your story through a new lens and reminds you that nothing surrendered to God is ever wasted.

Built to Be Brave
Week 1: Chosen Before You Knew

Have you ever stopped and wondered...
Who has God been building all along?
Sometimes we spend so much time looking ahead that we forget to look back and see the faithfulness of God woven through every chapter of our story.
This week, I'm sharing a very personal part of my journey, one that began over 20 years ago with a simple promise.
If you've ever questioned your purpose, wondered who you are beneath all the roles you carry, or felt like life has simply been one season of surviving after another, I hope you'll join me.
Because I believe this:
God doesn't demand bravery from us. He develops it within us.
Grab your favorite cup of coffee or tea, settle in, and let's begin this journey together.

Wall of Fire
Week 6: Women Who Carry Fire

We've reached the final week of this journey, and this one is extra special because my Aunt Robin is joining me for an honest conversation about healing, purpose, and letting our light shine.
Jesus said: "You are the light of the world." – Matthew 5:14
One truth has carried us through this entire series:
The fire around me became the fire within me.
God doesn't waste our stories. He uses them to bring hope, encouragement, and light to others.

Who might need the light God has grown in you?
And now, let it shine.

Week 5: The Glory Within

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is learning the difference between a boundary and a wall.
How do we protect our hearts without shutting people out?
How do we walk in wisdom without living in fear?
This week we're exploring a truth that God has been teaching me for years: Healthy boundaries protect what God is growing. Isolation protects what fear is hiding.
If you've ever struggled with guilt around saying no, protecting your peace, or knowing who should have access to your life, this conversation is for you.
Watch the video below and let me know what resonates with you.

Wall of Fire
Week 2: Behind the Sword

Many of us are exhausted, not because of what we're doing, but because of what we're carrying.

The pressure to hold everything together.
The need to control outcomes.
The burden of proving ourselves.
The constant worry, overthinking, and preparing for battles that may never come.

But what if God never asked us to carry those things?
What if some of the battles we're fighting belong to Him?

Tonight's message is based on Exodus 14:14:
"The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm." (NLT)

If you've been feeling weary, overwhelmed, or like the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders, I believe this message is for you.

Protected By Presence
Week 1: When Survival Became My Identity

There are seasons in life when we become so focused on surviving that we forget what it feels like to truly be safe.
We build walls.
We stay guarded.
We carry burdens God never intended for us to carry alone.

Today, I'm excited to begin a brand-new On the Journey series called Wall of Fire: Protected by Presence based on Zechariah 2:5: "I, myself, will be a protective wall of fire around Jerusalem," says the Lord, "and I will be the glory inside the city."

This first message, When Survival Became My Identity, is for anyone who is tired of carrying the weight of always being strong, always being prepared, and always holding everything together.

I pray this week's message encourages you and reminds you that you are not alone, you are not forgotten, and you do not have to protect yourself from everything.

Week 6: Becoming a Woman of Impact

You do not need a massive platform, perfect life, or ministry title for God to use you.
Sometimes the greatest Kingdom impact happens through:
💛 kindness
💛 encouragement
💛 faithfulness
💛 listening
💛 and showing up with love
Tonight’s message is called: Becoming a Woman of Impact

Week 5: Becoming His Image Where You Are

We don’t have to wait for a stage, title, or “perfect” season for God to work in us and through us.
Everyday faith is still Kingdom impact.
The way we love people,
encourage others,
respond under pressure,
listen & lead,
show kindness,
and carry ourselves into everyday spaces matters more than we realize.
Tonight we’re talking about Becoming His Image Where You Are

Week 4: Becoming: Mother's Day

Happy Mother’s Day, friends 💛
As we continue our Becoming series I am going to talk about how God uses love, responsibility, and surrender to shape who we are becoming.
Motherhood has been one of the greatest ways God has formed my heart, strengthened my faith, and taught me how to trust Him more deeply.
And whether you are a mother, spiritual mother, mentor, caregiver, or someone simply carrying love faithfully for others, this message is for you too.

Week 3: God is Forming You

The Becoming Reflection Sheet is a guided tool designed to help you reflect on the seasons you’ve walked through and recognize how God is shaping who you are becoming.

Through simple prompts and prayer, this guide invites you to see that nothing in your journey is wasted. God is using every moment to form strength, faith, and purpose in you.

"The LORD himself will fight for you. Just stay calm." - Exodus 14:14 (NLT)
